Advisory regarding Consular Services

In view of the outbreak of Corona Virus (COVID-19), public dealing at the Consular Section and Visa Facilitation Centre has been suspended with immediate effect until further notice. All are advised not to visit the Consulate/Visa Facilitation Centre (IGCS – Ludwig-Erhard-Strasse 18, 20097 Hamburg) and instead send their documents for Consular Service by post to the Consulate (Kohlhoefen 21, 20355 Hamburg) followed by intimation through e-mail. For Passport, OCI, Attestation and Consular matters email may be sent tocons.hamburg@mea.gov.in and for Visa related queries email may be sent tovisa.hamburg@mea.gov.in. For emergency services, prior appointment may be sought via e-mail.
